About Us...

Welcome to the Laurel Villa Country
Inn and Restaurant. The Inn is set in the picture-perfect
northern Pocono Mountains and offers you a relaxed country
setting, elegant rooms, and superb dining -- all in a casual,
informal atmosphere.
The Inn is open to the public
as well as our guests. We offer dinner daily except
Tuesday.
Call for special wine tasting events.
Reservations are suggested.

New this summer is our Koi Pond
with extensive gardens, and sitting areas with intimate benches
throughout the gardens. You may still dine outside under
the stars on our rustic brick patio, enclosed by a picket fence,
and lit by thousands of tiny white lights in our majestic maple
trees. |
| Our restaurant is presided over
by Chef Carl Muhlhauser, a graduate of the Culinary Institute
of America. He travels frequently to the New York City
markets to obtain the freshest seafood and produce. There
are always dailyspecials featuring the "catch of the day",
in addition to our regular menu. He is always delighted to make
recommendations, and to talk with you about your menu selections.
